  1. Develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  2. Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Manage and oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  5. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to drive profitability and efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and expansion.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  9. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  11. Identify and mitigate financial risks and communicate them to senior management.
  12. Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary financial information for audits.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the financial analysis team.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Related Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Insights And Recommendations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing Financial Models And Forecasting Processes.
