  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, ensuring their needs and goals are understood and met.
  2. Develop project plans and timelines for the successful implementation of our software solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough needs analysis and business process reviews to identify areas where our software can improve efficiency and productivity for clients.
  4. Work closely with clients to configure and customize our software to meet their specific needs.
  5. Provide training and support to clients on the use of our software, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of its capabilities and how it can benefit their business.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless implementation process.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on our software, staying up-to-date on product updates and enhancements.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
  9. Continuously assess and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and guidance after the implementation is complete.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in construction technology to provide valuable insights to clients and contribute to product development.
  12. Mentor and support junior team members to ensure their success and growth within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Consulting Or Implementation Role, Preferably In The Construction Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Autodesk Software, Including Revit, Autocad, And Bim 360.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Providing Technical Support, Training, And Troubleshooting For Clients In The Construction Industry.
