- Lead the implementation of Autodesk software solutions for construction projects, working closely with customers to ensure successful adoption and integration into their workflows.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the construction industry to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute implementation plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Autodesk products and services, providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior implementation consultants, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise.
- Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and incorporating them into implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential customers and promote Autodesk solutions to drive business growth.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status, customer feedback, and key performance metrics.
- Represent Autodesk at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, showcasing our software solutions and networking with potential customers.
Extensive Construction Industry Experience: A Senior Implementation Consultant At Autodesk Should Have Significant Experience Working In The Construction Industry, Preferably In Both Infrastructure And Building Projects. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Software And Technology Solutions.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Construction Technology And Software, With A Focus On Bim (Building Information Modeling) And Other Relevant Tools. They Should Also Have A Strong Grasp Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies.
Project Implementation Experience: A Senior Implementation Consultant Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Software Solutions In Construction Projects. This Includes Experience In Conducting Needs Assessments, Creating Project Plans, And Managing Implementation Timelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Implementation Team, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Training And Support To Other Team Members.
Leadership And Management Experience: The Senior Implementation Consultant Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Implementation Specialists. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role, With A Focus On Mentoring And Developing Team Members, As Well As Driving Project Success.
