- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional Autodesk products and services to clients.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior implementation consultants to ensure consistency and quality in client interactions.
- Represent Autodesk in a professional and positive manner at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the success and satisfaction of clients with implemented solutions and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions and actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and participate in pre-sales activities, such as product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor for ongoing support and future business opportunities.
Extensive Knowledge Of Construction Industry: A Senior Implementation Consultant At Autodesk Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Construction Industry, Including Its Processes, Technologies, And Best Practices. This Knowledge Should Extend To Various Project Types, Such As Residential, Commercial, And Industrial.
Experience With Autodesk Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Significant Experience Working With Autodesk Products, Particularly In The Construction Space.
