- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top executive talent for Autodesk.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the requirements and standards of Autodesk.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry connections.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand the company's current and future talent needs.
- Create and maintain job descriptions and postings for executive-level positions.
- Conduct and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate and present competitive job offers to successful candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment to continuously improve and innovate our recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, reports, and analytics to track and measure recruitment success.
- Represent Autodesk and its values and culture to potential candidates and external partners.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new executive hires.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Executive Recruiting, Preferably At A Technology Company Or In The Software Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling High-Level Executive Positions, Including C-Suite Roles.
Strong Knowledge Of The Technology Industry And Trends, As Well As Understanding Of The Skills And Competencies Needed For Executive Roles At Autodesk.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Build Relationships With Senior Executives And Effectively Convey The Value Of Working At Autodesk.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Talent Acquisition And Recruitment Strategies. Advanced Degree Or Certifications In Executive Recruiting Are A Plus.
