Job Description

  1. Develop and implement a global product security strategy in line with Autodesk's overall security objectives and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive a high-performing and cohesive team.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and legal, to ensure security is embedded throughout the product development lifecycle.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security vulnerabilities in Autodesk's products and services.
  5. Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Stay updated with the latest security threats and trends, and proactively identify and address potential risks to Autodesk's products and services.
  7. Conduct security audits and oversee remediation efforts to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  8. Work closely with customer-facing teams to address and resolve product security concerns and incidents.
  9. Communicate the importance of product security to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives.
  10. Champion a culture of security awareness and education within the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  11. Collaborate with external security experts and researchers to stay current on emerging threats and technologies.
  12. Monitor and report on key security metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on product security for internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Manage the product security budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Security, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Security Strategies For Software Products.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Senior Director, Product Security Should Possess A Strong Technical Background, With A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Processes, Security Architectures, And Threat Modeling Techniques.

  • Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Security Professionals, As Well As Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams. The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Manage And Mentor Team Members And Drive Results.

  • Industry Knowledge: Autodesk Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Security Standards, Compliance Requirements, And Industry Best Practices.
