  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for building and sustaining engaged and thriving communities within Autodesk's user base.
  2. Lead and manage a team of community managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive the success of community initiatives.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with overall business objectives and drive user engagement.
  4. Foster a strong sense of community among Autodesk users by creating and promoting opportunities for connection, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  5. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the community to build partnerships and enhance the overall community experience.
  6. Continuously analyze and assess community feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for addressing challenges or gaps.
  7. Develop and manage budgets and resources for community initiatives, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
  8. Champion the use of innovative tools and techniques to enhance community engagement and drive growth.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to community building and incorporate them into strategy and initiatives.
  10. Act as a spokesperson for the community, representing Autodesk at events and conferences to promote the value and impact of community initiatives.

  • Extensive Experience In Community Building: A Senior Director, Community At Autodesk Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Managing Vibrant Online And Offline Communities. This Includes Experience In Developing Community Strategies, Engaging With Users, And Implementing Successful Community Initiatives.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, This Person Must Have Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Community Managers And Coordinators. This Includes The Ability To Set Clear Goals, Provide Mentorship And Feedback, And Foster A Positive And Collaborative Team Culture.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Successful Senior Director, Community Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Engage With Internal Teams, External Partners, And Community Members. This Includes The Ability To Deliver Clear And Compelling Messaging, Facilitate Productive Discussions, And Build Strong Relationships.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Community Platforms And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Community Platforms, Tools, And Best Practices. This Includes Experience With Community Management Software, Social Media Platforms, And Analytics Tools To Track And Measure Community Engagement And Impact.
