- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Provide regular reports and updates to management on renewal metrics, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the renewal process and increase customer retention.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for managing renewals and customer relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for any customer issues or concerns related to renewals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns and promotions to support the renewal process.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Customer Retention, Or Account Management.
Strong Understanding Of Saas And Subscription-Based Business Models.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Renewal Targets And Driving Customer Satisfaction.
