  1. Manage the delivery of legal projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  2. Work closely with the Legal team to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to support the growing business.
  3. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully execute legal projects.
  4. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  6. Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  9. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.
  10. Monitor and track project expenses, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
  11. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project briefs, plans, and reports.
  12. Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with the Legal team to identify and address any resource constraints or conflicts.
  14. Coach and mentor team members on project management best practices.
  15. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in legal operations to bring innovative ideas to the team.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Legal team.
  17. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Legal Studies, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within A Legal Or Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal Operations, Including Knowledge Of Legal Processes And Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience With Project Management Tools And Software, Such As Microsoft Project Or Asana.
