Extensive Experience In Solution Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions For Enterprise Clients. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Architecture Principles And Be Able To Conceptualize And Communicate Complex Technical Solutions To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Autodesk Software: As A Principal Solution Architect At Autodesk, It Is Essential To Have A Strong Understanding And Experience Working With Autodesk Software, Such As Autocad, Revit, And Bim 360. The Candidate Should Also Be Familiar With Other Industry Software And Tools Used In The Aec (Architecture, Engineering, And Construction) Space.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Principal Solution Architect Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Solution Architects And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Be Able To Mentor And Guide The Team, And Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies.
Strong Communication And Client-Facing Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Clients, The Principal Solution Architect Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills And Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Present Complex Technical Solutions In A Clear And Concise Manner To Clients Of Varying Technical Backgrounds.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Be A Strategic Thinker And Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Understand The Client's Business Needs And Provide Innovative Solutions That Align With Their Long-Term Goals.
