- Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to third-party risk management.
- Lead and manage the Third-Party Risk Management team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on new and existing third-party vendors.
- Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure third-party risk management processes are integrated into business operations.
- Monitor and track vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to facilitate effective risk management.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for third-party risk management.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of third-party risk management.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to third-party relationships.
- Train and educate employees on third-party risk management policies and procedures.

Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles: A Manager, Third-Party Risk Management At Autodesk Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Risk Management Frameworks And Methodologies, Such As Iso 31000 And Coso, And Be Able To Effectively Apply Them To Third-Party Relationships.
Experience In Vendor Risk Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Third-Party Relationships And Mitigating Risks Associated With Them. This Includes Experience In Conducting Due Diligence, Monitoring Vendor Performance, And Implementing Risk Mitigation Strategies.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: As A Global Company, Autodesk Must Comply With Various Regulatory Requirements Related To Third-Party Risk Management. A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa, And Be Able To Ensure Compliance Within The Organization.
