Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our third-party relationships. Your expertise in risk management, contract negotiation, and vendor management will be crucial in ensuring the security and compliance of our business operations.   1. Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships.
  2. Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to third-party risk management.
  3. Lead and manage the Third-Party Risk Management team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on new and existing third-party vendors.
  5. Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure third-party risk management processes are integrated into business operations.
  7. Monitor and track vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to facilitate effective risk management.
  9. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for third-party risk management.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of third-party risk management.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to third-party relationships.
  12. Train and educate employees on third-party risk management policies and procedures.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the third-party risk management program to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies related to third-party risk management and make recommendations on their implementation.
  15. Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and standards in all interactions with third-party vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles: A Manager, Third-Party Risk Management At Autodesk Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Risk Management Frameworks And Methodologies, Such As Iso 31000 And Coso, And Be Able To Effectively Apply Them To Third-Party Relationships.

  • Experience In Vendor Risk Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Third-Party Relationships And Mitigating Risks Associated With Them. This Includes Experience In Conducting Due Diligence, Monitoring Vendor Performance, And Implementing Risk Mitigation Strategies.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: As A Global Company, Autodesk Must Comply With Various Regulatory Requirements Related To Third-Party Risk Management. A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa, And Be Able To Ensure Compliance Within The Organization.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship Management Skills: This Position Requires Significant Interaction With Both Internal And External Stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Collaborative Relationships With Vendors, Business Partners, And Internal Teams.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Manager, Third-Party Risk Management At Autodesk Should Be Able To Think Critically And Analyze Complex Data To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Effective Risk Mitigation Strategies.
