In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements.   • Act as the primary point of contact for all license compliance inquiries and concerns from customers in the France market
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Autodesk's software products and licensing agreements
  • Proactively identify potential compliance issues and work with customers to resolve them in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure customers are in compliance with their licensing agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to ensure compliance processes and procedures are followed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and compliance status
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in software licensing regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management as needed
  • Continuously strive to improve and streamline compliance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
