- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of SOX regulations and their impact on IT processes.
- Plan and execute IT audits in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Identify areas of potential risk and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
- Review and assess IT controls and processes to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.

Strong Knowledge Of Sox Compliance: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Sox Regulations And Requirements, Including The Ability To Interpret And Apply Relevant Sections To It Audit Processes.
Extensive It Audit Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In It Audit, Preferably In A Managerial Role. This Experience Should Include Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Audit Plans, And Performing It Controls Testing.
Strong Project Management Skills: As An It Audit Manager, Sox, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Project Management Skills To Effectively Plan, Coordinate, And Execute Multiple It Audits Simultaneously. This Includes Experience In Managing Timelines, Budgets, And Resources.
