- Lead the implementation process for our construction software products, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide recommendations for the most effective use of our software products to meet client objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our construction software products, staying up-to-date on new features and functionality and providing guidance to clients on best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting any issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our software products and enhance the client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Autodesk, representing the company and our products at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to streamline implementation and support processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management.
- Mentor and train junior consultants, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementation And Consulting For Construction Software, Preferably Autodesk Products.
Knowledge And Proficiency In Autodesk Software, Including Autocad, Revit, And Bim 360.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Successful Software Implementation Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support Clients In Utilizing Autodesk Software For Their Construction Projects.
