- Provide proactive administrative support to the EMEA Channel Leader, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring efficient and effective use of the Channel Leader's time.
- Serve as a liaison between the EMEA Channel Leader and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and positive relationships.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for the EMEA Channel Leader, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond or redirect as necessary.
- Coordinate and organize team meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
- Assist with budget management, expense reports, and other financial tasks for the EMEA Channel Leader.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and provide updates to the Channel Leader on industry trends and developments.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and proactively identify ways to increase efficiency and productivity within the role.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Autodesk, representing the company and its values in a positive and professional manner.
