Job Description

As a member of our team, you will help drive the communications strategy for our People & Places programs, including Culture, Diversity & Belonging, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Learning and Development and more. Drive the development and execution of strategic communications plans for programs developed within Autodesk’s People & Places organization. Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders and communications professionals across the company to ensure that program-related communications are effectively distributed and amplified across the organization. Serve as an extension and back-up for the Director of Employee Communications; supporting, as needed, team management and executive communications support of Autodesk’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Be responsible for optimization and implementation of our communications engagement model. Lead our M&A employee communications efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ years or equivalent of relevant work experience in employee communications

  • A proven track record in developing and executing strategic communications plans

  • Ability to build your own presentations without heavy reliance on internal or external design support
