- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify curriculum needs and design effective certification programs for students and educators.
- Lead a team of curriculum developers and instructional designers to create engaging and relevant learning experiences.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in design and software technology to continuously improve certification programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of certification programs, making necessary adjustments and improvements to ensure student and educator success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry partners to promote and expand certification programs.
- Develop and manage budgets for curriculum certification programs, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Conduct trainings and workshops for educators to effectively implement and utilize certification programs in their classrooms.
- Provide guidance and support to students pursuing certification, answering questions and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the certification process to ensure it meets industry standards and remains relevant and rigorous.
- Represent Autodesk at industry conferences and events to showcase our certification programs and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and market certification programs to potential students and educators.
- Stay up-to-date on educational policies and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for education and certification within the company and in the industry.
Extensive Experience In Curriculum Development: This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles, Learning Theories, And Best Practices For Creating Effective Learning Experiences.
Strong Knowledge Of Autodesk Products: The Director Of Curriculum Certifications Should Possess A High Level Of Expertise In Autodesk Software, Including Proficiency In At Least One Of The Company's Major Products Such As Autocad, Revit, Or Maya.
Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Curriculum Developers And Instructional Designers, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Across The Organization.
