  1. Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with Autodesk.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services.
  3. Proactively engage with customers to identify any potential issues or challenges and provide timely solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  4. Act as a product expert, continuously learning and staying up-to-date on all Autodesk products and services to effectively support customers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements in our products and services.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer success and adoption.
  7. Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure customers are maximizing the value of their investment in Autodesk products and services.
  8. Provide ongoing training and support to customers, including conducting webinars, creating tutorials, and delivering personalized coaching sessions.
  9. Collect and share customer feedback with the product team to drive product enhancements and improvements.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve customer success processes and strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative and effective customer success strategies.
  12. Meet and exceed customer success goals and metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption rates.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Autodesk, promoting our products and services and helping to build a strong customer community.
