- Develop and implement sales execution strategies to drive growth and success of the construction business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the construction industry.

- Stay updated on changes and advancements in the construction industry to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Autodesk, promoting the company's values and culture in all interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Construction Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Construction Software And Technology, Including Bim And Project Management Tools.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Construction Industry.
