- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Learn and utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with team members to develop job descriptions and job postings.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events and initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for improving and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate and employee information.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and data entry.
- Show a strong commitment to learning and growing within the HR industry.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline recruitment and employee engagement processes.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Adhere to all company confidentiality policies and maintain the privacy of candidate and employee information.
Education And Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, But A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field Is Preferred.
Relevant Experience: Prior Experience In A Hr Or Recruiting Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company, Is Desired. Knowledge Of Applicant Tracking Systems And Recruitment Processes Is A Plus.
Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential In This Role. The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Team Members Is Crucial.
Attention To Detail: As An Apprentice In Talent Acquisition & People Experience, Attention To Detail Is Critical. The Ability To Meticulously Review Resumes, Job Postings, And Other Important Documents Is Necessary For Success In This Role.
