Additionally, they will work closely with agents to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in personal lines underwriting, a valid property and casualty insurance license, strong communication and decision making skills, and a thorough knowledge of personal lines coverage. In addition, the successful candidate should have a working knowledge of personal lines underwriting systems and a commitment to continuing education.
