-Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders -Maintain customer accounts while ensuring policies are up to date -Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise -Educate customers on policy coverage and options -Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations -Assist customers with claim filing and documentation -Provide timely and accurate quotes for new and existing customers -Process payments and maintain accurate records -Maintain a working knowledge of company products and services -Comply with all company regulations and procedures
