
Customer Service Representative
At Auto-Owners Insurance, we are looking for a customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information on products and services. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks. A friendly, professional attitude is essential for this job.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, as well as a high school diploma or its equivalent.
