Corporate Accountant

You must also be highly organized, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and various accounting software programs. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
2. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and potential areas of improvement.
3. Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of records.
4. Maintain timely and accurate records of all transactions.
5. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
6. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
7. Prepare and review journal entries and supporting documentation.
8. Monitor and analyze financial performance and trends.
9. Coordinate and provide support for internal and external audits.
10. Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
