
Business Analyst - Corporate Web Services
Auto-Owners Insurance is looking for a highly motivated and organized Business Analyst to join our Corporate Web Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the current web services business model, analyzing customer needs and developing new strategies for improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders and other business teams to ensure optimal performance of our web services.The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced analyst with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for web services. You must have a deep understanding of web-based systems, technologies, and development processes. If you are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have experience in corporate web services and possess a positive attitude, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role• Proficiency in web development technologies and web services• Proven ability to analyze customer needs and develop strategies for improvement• Experience in project management with strong time management skills• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks• Ability to work both independently and with teams
Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and identify areas of improvement.
- Analyze and document current processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve web services and develop plans to implement them.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Monitor and report progress to stakeholders and other departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to web services team members.
