Director of Data Analytics

We are looking for a Director of Data Analytics and Insights to build upon our existing data practice and use those insights to inspire creativity in other team members. Drive deep Customer and Product analytics that lead to strategic decision making and actionable insights. Create a common data framework so that all company data can be analyzed in a unified manner (Master data management strategy). Ensure the company’s data is centralized into a single data lake and modeled to support data analysis requirements from all functional groups. Ensure that all transactional systems can communicate with the data warehouse and that production data adheres to a unified data model Build out processes that support the different needs of groups from full-service to self-service across our data stack. Bring machine learning initiatives from concept to production. Eg Predictive churn analytics. Be an evangelist and organizational thought leader for how to best use data and research insights to guide decision-making.
