  2. Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their vehicle.
  3. Utilize extensive knowledge of Audi vehicles and maintenance/repair services to accurately assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
  4. Schedule and coordinate appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle services, and repairs.
  6. Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and addressing any additional concerns.
  7. Collaborate with technicians and other service team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
  8. Educate customers on recommended maintenance and upkeep for their Audi vehicles.
  9. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date on Audi products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
  12. Uphold Audi's standards of excellence in customer service and work performance at all times.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer service experience at Audi.
  14. Train and mentor new service team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Audi Vehicles: A Service Advisor At Audi Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Various Models, Features, And Technical Specifications Of Audi Vehicles. This Includes Knowledge Of The Latest Automotive Technologies And Maintenance Procedures.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Customers, A Service Advisor Must Have Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Deliver A High Level Of Customer Service And Ensure Customer Satisfaction At All Times.

  • Automotive Service Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Role Of Service Advisor At Audi Should Have Previous Experience Working In An Automotive Service Department. This Includes Experience With Scheduling Appointments, Coordinating With Technicians, And Managing Customer Inquiries.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: With Multiple Customers And Vehicles To Manage, A Service Advisor Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Multitask Effectively. They Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Maintain Detailed Records, And Ensure That All Service Appointments Are Completed In A Timely Manner.

  • Technical Aptitude: While A Service Advisor Does Not Necessarily Need To Be A Trained Mechanic, They Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Automotive Systems And Be Able To Explain Technical Information To Customers In A Clear And Understandable Manner. This Includes Knowledge Of Common Repairs And Maintenance Procedures For Audi Vehicles.
