  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Audi dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Audi owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for customers and provide them with accurate information about their vehicle's service needs.
  4. Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs, while also managing the service department's schedule to optimize efficiency.
  5. Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  6. Utilize knowledge of Audi vehicles to accurately diagnose and recommend appropriate services and repairs.
  7. Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work orders.
  8. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle maintenance and repair history.
  9. Monitor and manage customer satisfaction through feedback and follow-up calls or emails.
  10. Stay up-to-date on Audi products and services, as well as industry trends and advancements, to provide customers with the best service experience possible.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Work closely with the sales team to promote and sell additional services or products to customers.
  13. Adhere to company procedures and policies, including safety standards, at all times.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Audi Vehicles And Their Features: A Service Advisor At Audi Should Possess Extensive Knowledge Of All Audi Models, Their Specifications, And Features. This Will Enable Them To Accurately Assist Customers With Their Vehicle Concerns And Recommend Appropriate Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Customers, A Service Advisor Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Listen To And Address Customer Concerns. They Must Also Possess Strong Customer Service Skills To Ensure A Positive Experience For Customers.

  • Experience In Automotive Service Industry: Prior Experience In The Automotive Service Industry, Preferably With Audi, Is A Key Qualification For A Service Advisor. This Will Give Them A Better Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Audi Vehicles And Help Them Provide Accurate Advice To Customers.

  • Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: A Service Advisor Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Managing Customer Inquiries, Scheduling Appointments, And Coordinating With The Service Team To Ensure Timely Completion Of Repairs Or Maintenance.
