  1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries, orders, and returns.
  2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Audi's parts inventory and pricing to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  3. Ensure the smooth operation of the dealership's parts department by accurately and efficiently managing inventory, ordering and receiving parts, and maintaining proper documentation.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as service and sales, to ensure timely delivery of parts and promote a positive customer experience.
  5. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the parts department's processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve customers and make informed recommendations.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Audi by promoting and upholding the company's standards and values.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to address any issues or concerns and provide regular updates on department performance.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and accessibility of parts for both customers and employees.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Audi Vehicles: A Parts Consultant At Audi Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Various Models, Features, And Components Of Audi Vehicles. This Includes Knowledge Of Engine Types, Transmission Systems, And Other Technical Details.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Parts Consultant, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Parts Needs And Provide A Positive Experience.

  • Attention To Detail: A Parts Consultant Must Be Detail-Oriented To Accurately Identify And Locate The Correct Parts For Customers. This Includes Understanding Part Numbers, Specifications, And Compatibility With Different Audi Models.

  • Experience With Inventory Management: Audi Dealerships Have A Large Inventory Of Parts, And A Parts Consultant Should Be Experienced In Managing And Organizing This Inventory. This Includes Tracking Stock Levels, Ordering New Parts, And Maintaining Accurate Records.

  • Team Player: The Parts Consultant Will Work Closely With Other Members Of The Dealership, Including Mechanics And Service Advisors. A Successful Candidate Should Be Able To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With The Team To Ensure Smooth Operations And Customer Satisfaction.
