  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Audi dealership, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in selecting the right parts for their Audi vehicles based on their needs and budget.
  3. Provide accurate and detailed information about Audi's parts and accessories, including pricing, availability, and compatibility.
  4. Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  5. Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department, ensuring that all parts are properly labeled and stored.
  6. Keep track of inventory levels and assist with inventory management to ensure efficient stock levels.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Audi parts and accessories, as well as industry trends and developments.
  9. Collaborate with other team members, including technicians and sales staff, to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  10. Use excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  11. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
