Job Description

At Audemars Piguet, we are looking for an experienced Operator to join our team. We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and has a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be reliable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as an Operator in a manufacturing setting, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. They must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. In addition, the candidate must be able to work well both independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain the manufacturing machines in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Monitor the production process to ensure accuracy and quality.
  3. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
  4. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  7. Work independently and in a team setting.
  8. Communicate effectively with other team members.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

The company was founded by Jules Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet in the Vallée de Joux in 1875, acquiring the name Audemars Piguet & Cie in 1881.
