The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to create meaningful relationships with customers.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and at least two years of experience in customer relationship management. They should have a passion for data-driven insights and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. The ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships is essential.
