  1. Develop and implement workplace experience strategies to enhance the overall employee experience at Atlassian.
  2. Lead and manage the workplace experience team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand employee needs and behaviors, and use this information to shape and improve the workplace culture.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve existing workplace experience programs, policies, and processes to ensure they align with the company's goals and values.
  5. Identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance the workplace experience and promote employee engagement, well-being, and productivity.
  6. Plan and execute events and activities that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and promote a sense of community among employees.
  7. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to gather feedback, address concerns, and keep employees informed about workplace experience initiatives.
  8. Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to workplace experience to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Manage budgets and resources effectively to support the implementation of workplace experience initiatives.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workplace experience to continuously improve and evolve our strategies and programs.
  11. Act as a champion for the employee experience, promoting a customer-centric mindset and ensuring that employee needs are prioritized in all workplace decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Workplace

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Workplace Experience Strategies

  • Strong Understanding Of Employee Engagement And Retention Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead Large-Scale Projects.
