Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Support Manager - Cloud Growth to join our growing team at Atlassian. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success in our cloud growth initiatives, enabling our customers to maximize the value of our services.In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including product and engineering teams, customer success teams, and our customers. You will have a strong understanding of customer success processes and be able to take ownership of customer issues and ensure successful outcomes.To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong customer service orientation. Additionally, you must be able to work collaboratively with teams and have a demonstrated ability to drive successful outcomes.If you are an experienced, customer-centric professional who is ready to join a dynamic team, then we want to hear from you!
