Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Support Engineer, Jira, to join the team at Atlassian. As the Support Engineer, Jira, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and support for Atlassian customers. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service and experience with Jira.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. You should have a strong understanding of Jira and its related products, as well as experience troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.
