We’re looking for an enthusiastic Support Engineer at Atlassian to help our customers get the most out of our products. As a Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers as you provide best-in-class technical support for our products. We’re looking for a customer-focused problem-solver who enjoys a challenge and wants to make a difference.The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting and solving software problems, a passion for customer service, and a deep understanding of the latest technologies. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a positive and friendly attitude.
