Job Description

We’re looking for a unique individual to join our dynamic and creative Support Engineering team at Atlassian. The successful candidate will work alongside our front line support team to troubleshoot and solve complex customer issues.The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical and customer-facing skills, and the ability to quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and resolve complex issues. Candidates should also have a passion for problem-solving, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other teams.We are looking for a Support Engineer who is an organized, creative, and collaborative professional with the following qualifications:
