  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive customer success and growth in the APAC region
  • Lead and mentor a team of engagement managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Foster strong relationships with customers in the region and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape in the APAC region, and use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador and champion for Atlassian, promoting our values and culture both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Strategic Engagement Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Engagement Management, Preferably In The Apac Region. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Sr. Manager, Strategic Engagement Management Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engagement Managers And Driving The Overall Strategy For The Apac Region. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Common Goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Apac Market: Atlassian Operates In A Highly Competitive Market In The Apac Region, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Market Dynamics, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Developing And Executing Effective Engagement Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record In Customer Engagement: The Sr. Manager, Strategic Engagement Management Will Be The Main Point Of Contact For Atlassian's Key Customers In The Apac Region. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Customers, Understanding Their Needs, And Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences.
