- Conduct thorough analysis of sales data and performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for changes to compensation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and HR, to gather input and ensure alignment on sales compensation strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of sales compensation, including tracking and reporting on performance against targets and administering payouts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation and make recommendations for improvements and changes as needed.
- Communicate and educate sales teams on compensation plans, changes, and updates to ensure understanding and alignment.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Advanced Knowledge Of Sales Compensation Principles, Including Variable Pay Structures, Commission Plans, And Performance Metrics.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Trends.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With Experience Working Cross-Functionally With Sales, Hr, And Finance Teams.
