  1. Lead the development and execution of the administrative platform for Loom at Atlassian.
  2. Ensure that the platform meets the needs of a growing user base and delivers a seamless and intuitive experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to drive product initiatives from ideation to launch.
  4. Conduct market research and gather feedback from users to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
  6. Define and prioritize features, functionality, and enhancements for the administrative platform.
  7. Work closely with engineering teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  8. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership team.
  9. Drive continuous improvement of the administrative platform through testing, analysis, and iteration.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers on the team.
  11. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify and address customer pain points.
  12. Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of the administrative platform.
  13. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into product development.
  14. Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the needs and feedback of users are always considered.
  15. Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Product Management Experience: A Senior Product Manager For Admin Experience At Atlassian Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Product Management Experience, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Technical Background: As Atlassian Is A Leading Software Company, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Comfortable Working With Complex Software Systems And Apis.

  • Experience In Admin Tools And Features: The Senior Product Manager Should Have Previous Experience In Building And Managing Admin Tools And Features, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And Pain Points In This Area.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams, Influence Stakeholders, And Drive Product Vision And Strategy.
