Senior Product Designer, Loom Integration

- Lead the design efforts for the Loom integration within Atlassian's suite of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and prioritize design solutions.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design solutions.
- Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve the user experience and make data-driven design decisions.
- Advocate for the user and ensure that their needs and goals are at the center of the design process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and push the boundaries of design.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a clear product vision and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to iterate and improve designs.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to diverse audiences, including non-designers.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from ideation to implementation, and ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Proactively identify and solve design problems, anticipating potential roadblocks and finding creative solutions.
- Contribute to the overall design strategy and help shape the future direction of Atlassian's products.

Extensive Experience In Product Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Product Design, With A Strong Portfolio That Showcases Their Design Process, Problem-Solving Skills, And User-Centered Design Approach.
Expertise In Loom Integration: The Senior Product Designer Should Have A Deep Understanding And Experience In Integrating Loom Into Products, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Improving Loom Integration In Previous Projects.
Strong Collaboration And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers And Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams Including Product Managers, Engineers, And Researchers.
User-Centric Mindset: At Atlassian, User Experience Is At The Core Of Everything We Do. The Senior Product Designer Should Have A User-Centric Mindset And Be Able To Conduct User Research, Gather Feedback, And Use Data To Inform Design Decisions.
