- Develop and drive the strategic vision for Jira Service Management (JSM) Enterprise, in alignment with the overall product roadmap and company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver a cohesive and successful product.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the enterprise software market, and use this data to inform product strategy.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, communicating updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead and inspire a team of product managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
- Act as a subject matter expert for JSM Enterprise, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and use customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, including usage metrics, customer feedback, and competitive landscape, and use this data to make data-driven decisions.
- Represent the JSM Enterprise product and vision to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry events.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate the product.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the needs and feedback of enterprise customers are at the forefront of decision-making.
Extensive Product Management Experience: A Senior Principal Product Manager At Atlassian Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Enterprise Products.
Strong Technical Background: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Technologies, As Well As The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Engineering Teams. A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
