  1. Develop and implement a global Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with Atlassian's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their growth and success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and anticipate talent needs, and develop innovative solutions to attract top talent.
  4. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the recruiting process, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
  6. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the recruiting team.
  8. Lead initiatives to enhance the employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and proactively propose new ideas to drive innovation.
  10. Act as a thought leader and advocate for diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  11. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify future talent needs and develop succession plans.
  12. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within the recruiting team.
  13. Represent Atlassian's values and culture, and actively participate in building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  14. Develop and manage the TA Enablement budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes and technologies, making recommendations for optimization as needed.

  • Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: A Senior Manager Of Ta Enablement At Atlassian Should Possess A Strong Background In Talent Acquisition, With At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Recruitment Processes, Best Practices, And Industry Trends.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Management Skills. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Recruitment Professionals, As Well As The Ability To Lead And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Project Management Expertise: Atlassian Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Organization, And The Senior Manager Of Ta Enablement Will Be Responsible For Multiple Projects And Initiatives At Any Given Time. Compensation
