
Senior Manager, TA Enablement

- Develop and implement strategies to improve and streamline the recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Enablement team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address recruitment needs and challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and management of recruitment technology and tools, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and use insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to expand and diversify our candidate pool.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously assess and improve our recruitment processes to ensure we are competitive in the market.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Talent Acquisition Enablement team, providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Represent the company's values and culture, and promote our employer brand to attract top talent.
- Develop and manage recruitment budgets, making strategic and efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to develop and implement company-wide talent management initiatives.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in the recruitment process, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Act as a thought leader and ambassador for the company's recruitment efforts, both internally and externally.
Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: A Senior Manager, Ta Enablement At Atlassian Should Have A Strong Background In Talent Acquisition, With At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes Experience In Both Technical And Non-Technical Hiring, As Well As Experience In Various Recruitment Strategies And Tools.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Talent Acquisition Professionals. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members, Set Goals And Priorities, And Drive High Performance.
Experience In Process Improvement And Optimization: Atlassian Values Continuous Improvement And Efficiency, And The Senior Manager, Ta Enablement Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Process Improvements And Optimizing Recruitment Processes. This Includes Experience In Leveraging Data And Analytics To Drive Decision-Making And Improve Outcomes.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Senior Manager, Ta Enablement Will Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Hiring Managers, Hr Business Partners, And Other Members Of The Ta Team. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Align And Partner With These Groups.
