At Atlassian, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Manager to join our team as the CSS Program Management leader. As the Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the success of our customer support strategy and programs. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives that directly impact our customers' experience. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in program management and a deep understanding of customer support practices.   1. Develop and implement customer support strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of program managers, ensuring they are equipped to successfully manage and execute support programs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies in support programs.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics and use data to drive decisions and improve program effectiveness.
  5. Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and improvement efforts.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for support programs and ensure resources are utilized effectively.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support to continually improve and innovate our programs.
  8. Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization and champion the importance of exceptional customer service.
  9. Communicate program updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-functional initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Set and track program goals and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to leadership.
  12. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the success of support programs.
  13. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the customer support journey to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the support team, facilitating training and professional growth opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Program Management: The Ideal Candidate For Senior Manager, Css Program Management At Atlassian Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Programs And Projects, Preferably In A Software Development Or Tech Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, Css Program Management, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Program Managers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Are Essential.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Regular Interactions With Stakeholders At Various Levels, Both Internally And Externally. The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate Complex Information And Build Strong Relationships.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Atlassian Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, And The Senior Manager, Css Program Management Must Be Able To Think Strategically And Solve Complex Problems Under Pressure.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies: Atlassian Follows Agile Methodologies, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Agile Principles And Practices. Experience With Agile Project Management Tools, Such As Jira, Is Also Preferred.
