At Atlassian, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Data Center Revenue team in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial insights and analysis to support our growing data center business.   1. Conduct financial analysis: The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to support the data center business.
  2. Develop financial models: The role will require developing and maintaining financial models to forecast revenue and identify key trends and drivers of the data center business.
  3. Provide financial insights: The Senior Financial Analyst will be expected to leverage their analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and support revenue growth.
  4. Monitor financial performance: The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the data center business, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.

  6. Generate reports: The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for generating reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and insights to key stakeholders.
  7. Support budgeting and forecasting: The role will involve assisting in the annual budgeting process and preparing financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: The Senior Financial Analyst will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data center revenue and incorporate them into financial analysis.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the data center revenue team.
  10. Adhere to financial regulations: The Senior Financial Analyst must ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies while conducting financial analysis and reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Analysis Or Revenue Forecasting, Preferably In The Technology Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Center Revenue Models And Experience With Financial Planning And Analysis

  • Advanced Proficiency In Excel And Financial Modeling Techniques

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
