  1. Lead and manage the Cloud Storage Engineering team to develop and deliver innovative and reliable cloud storage solutions.
  2. Set clear goals and expectations for the team, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  4. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team by promoting best practices and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  6. Monitor and report on team performance and progress to key stakeholders.
  7. Mentor and coach team members to help them grow their technical and leadership skills.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, where individuals feel motivated, valued, and empowered to contribute their best work.
  9. Ensure that products meet high quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  10. Stay informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and provide input for future product development.
