  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of diverse clients, acting as the main point of contact for their product-related needs and inquiries.
  2. Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, ensuring they are able to fully utilize our products and achieve their goals.
  3. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges faced by clients, finding effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction and success.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to address client needs and improve the overall customer experience.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for further product adoption.

  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  8. Mentor and train junior customer success team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them develop in their roles.
  9. Represent Atlassian in a professional and positive manner, building our brand and promoting our products to potential and existing clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management, With A Strong Track Record Of Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Enterprise-Level Clients.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Atlassian Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
