As the Principal Program Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing programs that drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.   1. Develop and execute customer programs that align with the company's overall strategy and drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  2. Lead the Customer Programs team and provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure successful program implementation and execution.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop programs that address those needs.
  4. Use data and customer insights to continually evaluate and improve customer programs, ensuring they are delivering maximum value to both customers and the company.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership to set program goals and objectives and track progress against them, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Set and manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to achieve program goals.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and feedback.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and program management, applying them to continuously improve and innovate our customer programs.
  9. Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the organization, championing the importance of customer success and satisfaction in all aspects of the business.
  10. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development and growth.

  • Extensive Experience In Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Customer-Focused Programs.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Program Managers. Therefore, They Should Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Their Team To Achieve Goals.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Atlassian Is A Customer-Focused Company, And The Principal Program Manager Will Be Responsible For Designing And Implementing Programs That Enhance The Customer Experience.
