- Develop and execute strategies to drive the success of Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships.

- Work closely with GSIs to understand their capabilities and develop joint solutions that meet the needs of mutual customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment and maximize partnership opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Atlassian's products and solutions, providing guidance and support to GSIs.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions for GSIs to enhance their understanding and utilization of Atlassian's offerings.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of GSI partnerships, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create joint marketing and sales initiatives to promote Atlassian's solutions through GSI channels.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Atlassian's partner program, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously assess and improve the GSI partner program to ensure its effectiveness and relevance in the market.
- Mentor and coach other team members to develop their partnership management and solution architecture skills.
